Serving the Sheboygan community for two decades, Wendee has been an integral part of Heinen Chiropractic, S.C. since October 2006. She has worked in various roles during her tenure and now serves as Chief Executive Officer overseeing all aspects of practice and corporate business.
With extensive experience in chiropractic practice management and operations, Wendee ensures seamless business leadership and structure across compliance, staffing and training, procedures, operations, strategic planning, marketing, reporting, and financial administration. She proudly serves the chiropractic profession and our state as part of the planning team for the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin.
Wendee was recognized as the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin’s CT of the Year, and is highly proficient in insurance billing, striving for accuracy and efficiency in claim processing. Her expertise encompasses medical claims preparation, transcription, coding, and documentation, making her a trusted resource for patients and colleagues alike. In addition to her insurance expertise, Wendee is a licensed Chiropractic Technician certified to perform all delegated modalities.
To serve her community with extraordinary passion, Wendee participates in continuing education opportunities with Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, Standard Process, Foot Levelers, Wisconsin United for Freedom, Cornell University, Parker, Palmer College of Chiropractic, ICPA, PM&A, Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, Chiro Code, HIPAA, and Gateway. Wendee also holds the AMC-CA certificate, as well as the AMC Emerald and Diamond Awards. She actively contributes to the chiropractic community as a member of the American Chiropractic Association and International Chiropractic Association, and as a member of the LTC Medical Advisory Board.
Demonstrating her commitment to advancing the chiropractic profession, she established a training facility at Heinen Chiropractic, S.C. to support aspiring Chiropractic Assistants and Technicians in achieving licensure. To further serve the profession, Wendee consults with new and existing chiropractic offices that need assistance with practice start up, training, and problem solving insurance, financial and staffing issues.
Her dedication, leadership, and comprehensive skill set make her an indispensable asset to practice and the chiropractic field.
